HASTANE DENETİMLERİ

Abstract

ÖZET

Son yıllarda dünyada ve ülkemizde yaşanan gelişmeler, denetim ihtiyacını ve önemini arttırmıştır. Bu gelişmeler hastane işletmelerini de etkilemiş,  denetim sisteminin etkinliğinin sorgulanması gerektiğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. İnsan sağlığı konusunda önemli bir yeri olan hastaneler yapmakla yükümlü oldukları hizmet ve görevleri,  mevzuata, düzenlemelere, politika ve programlara uygun olarak düzenlemekten ve yürütmekten sorumludur. Hastaneler açısından önemli görülen ve hizmet sunumunda aksaklıklara neden olabilecek alanlarda birçok kurum ve kuruluş tarafından hastane denetimleri yapılmaktadır. Böylelikle; hastane denetimleri yapılarak daha kaliteli, daha etkin ve hakkaniyete uygun hizmet sunumu için katkı ve iyileşmeler sağlanmaktadır. Çalışmada her sağlık kurumunda olması gereken denetimin işleyiş yapısı, denetim türleri konularına değinilmiştir. Ayrıca ülkemizde faaliyet gösteren tüm sağlık tesislerinin standartlara ve mevzuatlara uygunluğunu değerlendiren kurum ve kuruluşlara da değinilmektedir.

ABSTRACT

The developments in the world and in our country in recent years have increased the need and importance of auditing. These developments have also affected hospital businesses and revealed that the effectiveness of the inspection system should be questioned. Hospitals, which have an important place in human health, are responsible for arranging and carrying out the services and duties they are responsible for in accordance with the legislation, regulations, policies and programs. Hospital inspections are carried out by many institutions and organizations in areas that are considered important for hospitals and may cause disruptions in service delivery. Thus; contributions and improvements are made for better quality, more effective and equitable service delivery by conducting hospital audits. In the study, the functioning of the audit, which should be in every health institution, and the types of audits are mentioned. In addition, institutions and organizations that evaluate the compliance of all health facilities operating in our country with standards and regulations are also mentioned.
