Abstract

The importance of financing health care is growing rapidly for all people and all governments around the world. In general, in all countries, on the issue of health policy; how to ensure that all people around the world have access to the health care they need when they need it is important. Funding sources of health services offer institutional alternatives to protecting people against the financial risk of health expenditures (İstanbulluoğlu vd., 2010). Whatever financing and delivery method it adopts, the main objective should be the equitable and efficient delivery of health services at an acceptable level of quality and access in each country (Tatar, 2011). The main purpose of this study is to discuss the financing of health services in all its dimensions and present it to the reader.
